Allison Stone Loeffler has arrived

Allie has arrived and is absolutely perfect!! She was born May 12th (Mothers Day). She weighed 7 pounds 2 oz and was 19 inches. She is perfect is every way. For the people that want to know... I went for my check up on the Friday before mothers day. I was already almost 4 cm dilated and my doctor told me to get ready because she was coming. I left the doctors office feeling pretty crampy but went straight to Caroline's mothers day tea party at her school (I was not about to miss it). We went out to dinner that evening and I was feeling pretty pregnant. On Saturday we spent the day cleaning and getting last minute stuff done just in case (glad we did). We went to a kids birthday party that night and I was having some pretty strong contractions. I went to sleep that night and woke up at about 2am with some pretty major contractions. I laid on the couch and watched the movie "The Patriot" one of my all time favs. The girls woke up and of course ran in with their mothers day gift and cards. Sweet sweet girls. I was still feeling some heavy contractions so I decided to call my doctor. She told me to go ahead and head to the hospital. We got the girls around and walked to meet my parents to hand off the girls to them. Steve and I walked back home and picked up, cleaned the pool, packed our bags and headed to the hospital. I got checked in and my contractions were coming about 4-5 minutes apart and I was already dilated to a 6!! Yippee. I got my epidural about 1 1/2 later and it was super fast from there. Allie Stone Loeffler was born at 3:24pm. Fast and easy delivery. We stayed one night and we were discharged the next day (we are not hospital people) We decided to name her Allie because we like the name and her middle name (Stone) is after my amazing Grandma and Grandad... my mom's parents (their last name is Stone). Caroline and Reese have been amazing with Allie. They love on her and kiss her all the time. We are so blessed to have THREE amazing, FUN, and beautiful little girls.

Soccer!!

Caroline is playing soccer this year and is somewhat enjoying it. She is playing on an all girls team made up of 3-4 year old girls. Steve is coaching the team which is pretty neat... Caroline sure LOVES that. Their team name is the Fireflies and I think right now we are 0-5. The girls are so much fun (and a bit frustrating) to watch, they run in a complete herd and most of the time have no clue what is going on. Caroline has the sweetest personality and is not the competitive aggressive type (she takes after me) so Soccer may not be her career path. We love to go to the games and I really enjoy being a soccer mom and watching her run around with her friends. She is now telling me she wants to play tee-ball.... we'll see.

Annual Bluebonnet Pictures

I of course had to take the girls to the bluebonnet fields and take their picture... This year was a bit of a challenge. Caroline is at the perfect age where she cooperates and LOVES running through the fields. Reese on the other hand doesn't understand how to sit still. The pictures still turned out great.
